Our little engineer

Grandma Carlene has a train set up around her Christmas tree, and Owen absolutely loves it! He sits there for hours and runs that train. And he doesn't mind the hat either, which is so adorable.

Crib playdate

Owen has this thing where when he wakes up he doesn't like getting out of his crib. Well, one morning we went into his room and found this. Aiden had climbed in to play with him, after putting in a few toys to play with. He is such a good big brother.

Owens birthday cake

Holy Messy!!! As you can tell Owen really enjoyed his smash cake! What you can't see is the frosting/cake all over the floor, and the wall behind him. Lets just say that wasn't fun to clean up. But he enjoyed himself!!

Owen's 1st Hair Cut

These are before and after of Owen's first haircut. I didn't want to cut his hair before his first birthday, I thought he looked fine, but Jon thought he was starting to look like a girl. What do you think?

Owen's 1st trip to the park

This is Owen's first time at the park. He had such a great time. I think his favorite was the swings, he wasn't quite sure about going down the slide with Aiden. He also enjoyed feeding the ducks.

Owen's 1st Birthday Photo

• This is my youngest son Owen. He just turned 1! And what a year its been!!! In one year he has had open heart surgery, RSV, and tubes placed into his ears. Thats a lot for a 1 year old, (and for us too). Owen is such a happy kid. Nothing ever bugs him, he is so calm, and very analytical. If Aiden were the Astronaut, Owen would be the Astronomer. He loves playing with his older brother and daddy. And absolutely loves chasing after our cat, Thomas. Owen is proof that miracles happen.
